At PiratesWrap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we've created this Refund Policy to outline our returns, exchanges, and refund procedures.

This policy applies to all products purchased directly from our website (pirateswrap.com). Products purchased through third-party retailers must follow the respective retailer's return policy.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with all original packaging materials and tags intact.

We also accept returns of opened items within 14 days if the products are defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, we will either replace the item or provide a full refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been used, altered, or show signs of wear

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at returns@pirateswrap.com or call +44 947 589 0725 within the eligible return period. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and on a note inside the package.
  5. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Timeframe

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

The time it takes to process your refund depends on several factors:

  • It typically takes 1-3 business days to process your return after we receive it.
  • Credit card refunds generally appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
  • Bank transfers may take 5-7 business days to be credited to your account.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the same card
  • PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account
  • Bank Transfer: Refund to the originating bank account

If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue the refund as store credit or through an alternative method agreed upon with our customer service team.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as for returns. In your communication with our Customer Service team, specify that you would like an exchange and provide details of the replacement item you're requesting.

Please note that we can only process exchanges for items that are in stock. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). In cases where the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

Original Shipping Charges

The original shipping charges paid for your order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged items or packaging, as well as a description of the issue.

For damaged items, we may request that you return the item before sending a replacement or issuing a refund. For incorrect items, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe specified above, please check the following:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
  • Contact our Customer Service team with your order number and refund details

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

Exceptions

In certain circumstances, we may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. These exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

During holiday seasons or promotional periods, return timeframes or procedures may be adjusted. Any temporary changes to our return policy will be clearly communicated on our website.
