At PiratesWrap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we've created this Refund Policy to outline our returns, exchanges, and refund procedures.
This policy applies to all products purchased directly from our website (pirateswrap.com). Products purchased through third-party retailers must follow the respective retailer's return policy.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with all original packaging materials and tags intact.
We also accept returns of opened items within 14 days if the products are defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, we will either replace the item or provide a full refund.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as for returns. In your communication with our Customer Service team, specify that you would like an exchange and provide details of the replacement item you're requesting.
Please note that we can only process exchanges for items that are in stock. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). In cases where the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
The original shipping charges paid for your order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged items or packaging, as well as a description of the issue.
For damaged items, we may request that you return the item before sending a replacement or issuing a refund. For incorrect items, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible.
